The favorite with the kids, by far, was the chocolate syringe, which is an enormous syringe basically filled with Nutella-like chocolate that you can squirt directly into your mouth. After dinner, the birthday girl was brought a complimentary chocolate truffle with a candle, but, of course, we also ordered dessert. They know how to make even real food fun with touches like the paint brushes that come with your burger and fries for painting on your catsup. This is actually the third highest public library in the United States after Library of Congress and New York Public Library. I wish I could show you how enormous the library is. Across the street there is Boston Public Library. I was awestruck with it’s beauty and brilliance. Trinity Church is an architectural marvel. Copley Square fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in Copley square Then there is Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel with 100 years of history and elegance. Copley square ,named after artist John Singleton Copley, is in the heart of the town where you can just listen to music from the street performers, shop from a local merchandiser, just the perfect place to gather and hang out. The food was Ah-ma-zing! The appetizers were soo good Delicious chicken and beef tofu soupĪfter lunch we headed towards the Copley square and Trinity church. We had two orders of soft Tofu soup with beef and chicken with bulgogi combination which came with 5 kinds of appetizers ( well… it was valentine’s day so a little celebration doesn’t hurt). But husband was craving for some Korean Barbeque so we stopped at Harvard ave along the way to have lunch. From fresh seafood to Thai to sandwich they have everything. This is the best place to eat and shop both for the locals and the visitors. We had a two hours flight from Atlanta to Boston.From the airport our first destination was Quincy market/ Faneuil hall. When walking on the road with these buildings on the side it felt like I’ve time-traveled and went to the old Europe! The British colonial style buildings mixed with other styles such as Georgian architecture. ![]() So wherever you look you’ll see young, stylish millennials doing their thang(whatever that is ) ! The architecture of the city is mind numbingly gorgeous. If you tell me to describe Boston in just one word, I’d say it’s a “hipster” town! Boston has 35 colleges, universities and community colleges including Harvard and MIT. Boston Common, the oldest public park in the United States
